but I'm a bit confused about the character creation and how we roll the attributes. The "Roll d4-d4 to your Abilities"
Hi!
Example: roll 1d4 - 1d4, the result generate your ability modifier.
Presence 1d4 (3) - 1d4 (2) = 1
1 is your modifier to all Presence rolls. To tests your roll d20 and put your modifier.
Example of roll test of Presence: 1d20 (15) + 1 = 16
General difficult rating of tests is 12. Equal or greater in your d20 (+/- your modifier) roll = success

The basic idea of the ability roll in character creation is to roll in order or I can choose in which ability I put each modifier?
In order but no problem to group decide changes to allocate rolls in session zero. Fun is the goal.
This looks neat! That piece of AI art for the space marine is probably going turn people away though.
Is it gen AI though? Looks like generic modern GW/Black Library digital painting. I don't see typical signs of AI usage. Armor, proportions, skulls and wings... it looks fine. Might be wrong of course.
